We recently contacted pool patio and spa when our hot tub completely drained due to a valve leak. Chris asked for a picture and put us on his schedule the next day.. greatly appreciated as it is January and difficult to keep pipes from freezing. Their technicians were here when they said they would be and brought what they needed to repair.. they also found another problem and went back to their store and got the part they needed and came back same day to repair.. very professional and friendly.. they called back a couple days later to make sure everything was working.. we absolutely couldn’t be happier with them!!!
